When I first start working with my couples, one of the initial questions I ask is for them to describe their wedding day vision. I love hearing what inspires them, and I was thrilled when I read Veronica and Timothy’s answer! These two planned a wedding with a romantic feel, and they wanted to ensure their celebration was filled with plenty of candlelight and flowers. I love that! They also described their color palette as one filled with shades of dusty rose, blush, creams, and greenery, which was a wonderful choice to match their overall romantic vision. Plus, it also happens to be one of my favorite color schemes – I always love incorporating dusty rose.
To offer their guests an initial peek inside what they could expect when attending Veronica and Timothy’s wedding ceremony at Nazareth Academy High School and reception at Philadelphia Ballroom, we wanted to create an invitation suite that was equally as romantic as their vision. To create their wedding invitation, we paired block and script fonts together for their main invitation piece as well as all of their inserts. Everything was digitally printed onto cream colored cardstock, including their two-letter monogram, which we placed at the top of their invitation. Monograms personalize invitations beautifully because they’re both timeless and classic, and I’m always excited when couples want to incorporate them into their suites. Everything was placed inside an envelope that was also digitally printed before it was mailed to their guests to open and enjoy.
