I’ve participated in so many fantastic styled shoots over the years! I love how collaborating with other vendors inspires and influences my work. So many of my best custom wedding stationery never would’ve existed if I hadn’t worked with such talented individuals.
I was thinking I should look back over some of my favorite shoots and select a few of my favorite designs. It’s been a blast scrolling through memory lane!
My most recently posted styled shoot, inspired by the rustic chic Liberty Distillery, was a collaboration with Kristin Rockhill Floral & Event Design, Marie Labbancz Photography, Y Knot Now, and a barrage of other talented vendors. It was posted on Reverie Gallery, where I am a featured vendor.
This eclectic shoot deserved an eclectic invitation. The dark blue card stock was printed with white ink and a spray of blooms. I wrapped the invitation in a woodgrain-patterned bellyband that I topped with a piece of linen and tied with twine.
The tablescape for the “Treasury of the Sea” styled shoot was so awesome! This shoot was featured on both Floridian Weddings and Every Last Detail, led by Emily Grace Design, and shot by E.M. Anderson Photography. The eclectic collection of the ocean’s bounty ran the length of the table, and each plate was topped with one of my blue ombre watercolor menus. They matched the invitations that I designed for the shoot.
Are you a Game of Thrones fan? Check out the styled shoot I worked on with BG Productions Photography and Videography, In your Shoes Event Design, and Kate Farley Design. Kate Farley Design made this modified map of Westeros into a seating chart, with all the major houses representing different tables. This shoot was featured on Every Last Detail.
This is only a small sampling of the many amazing styled shoots I’ve had the privilege of working on. I’m sure nostalgia will strike again soon… when it does, I’ll post a few more highlights! In the meantime, check back on the blog for upcoming styled shoots as well as the stationery I make for clients.
