One of the most popular sights to see at weddings in Philadelphia is a neutral color palette paired with fresh ivory florals and plenty of greenery. The look is classic and elegant, which is why it’s been trending for years. In fact, I think (and hope!) this timeless look is here to stay forever. And, Stephanie and Nick chose to embrace neutrals while planning their June wedding day at the Water Works!
When I asked Stephanie and Nick to describe their wedding day, elegant, romantic, and a little bit bohemian all quickly came to mind. Stephanie noted their bridesmaids would be wearing silver sage, mauve, and florals, while the groomsmen sported grey. We all quickly agreed a neutral suite with plenty of blooms would be perfect!
I am the first to admit how much I adore intricate details, but the beauty of simplicity is always in style. Each piece of Stephanie and Nick’s wedding invitation suite featured a hint of florals and greenery, and everything from the main piece to the envelope was printed digitally. The entire suite, which was printed onto cream card stock, was stunning, but I do have to highlight my favorite detail – the floral envelope liner. It was the first thing guests saw when they opened their envelope, and it made a beautiful statement!
After meeting when they were 15 and remaining friends for 16 years before they considered dating, Stephanie and Nick finally wed in 2019. And, this suite, which was captured by Haley Richter Photography, served as a fabulous way to kick off their celebration!
