Although I am more than happy to be as creative as possible when designing couples’ wedding invitation suites, there is something so wonderful about returning to a traditional style and design! It always feels like a breath of fresh air.
Sarah and Brendan recited their vows on November 19, 2016 at the Lambertville Station Inn in Lambertville, New Jersey (side note: this is the perfect quaint town for a date night!). When we were talking about their inspiration, they mentioned their new wedding monogram was the most important detail to them. You don’t have to ask me twice to design a monogram and place it prominently on an invitation suite!
S+B’s suite featured as many classic, traditional details as possible. The invitation was printed digitally onto champagne paper that had the perfect amount of shimmer. And, I loved using navy ink! Of course, the pair’s wedding monogram was featured prominently on the piece too. But, it gets better! We also used their wedding monogram on their bellyband. The bellyband was blush, and their monogram was added on top to complete the classic look and feel.
