Once I send off a couples wedding invitations, my countdown until wedding day images land in my inbox officially begins! Michelle and Scott’s wedding was definitely one that I could not wait to see. You may remember how much I LOVED designing their wedding invitations. We used a laser cut wooden wedding invitation, and paired it with camouflage and duck details. It’s one of my favorites to date!

Well, M+S’s wedding did NOT disappoint. Michelle and her bridesmaids danced to Brittany Spears while getting ready, and Scott and his groomsmen spent the morning together too (sans Brittany Spears). The pair recited warm, thoughtful vows to each other during their ceremony at St. Mary of the Assumption, and then their reception began at Thousand Acre Farm.

I’m partial to the stationery details for obvious reasons; however, I was blown away that country singer Chuck Wicks performed at Michelle and Scott’s wedding! How amazing is that? Chuck Wicks and his band played the couple’s first dance song before treating all of the guests to a private concert. I think replying with “Boot Scootin’ Boogie” was the very best way to go if you were lucky enough to be on Michelle and Scott’s invite list.
