Michelle and Joe were married on May 3rd, 2014, at Talamore Country Club. Here are some amazing photos of their wedding! I was so happy to be able to design their Philadelphia custom wedding stationery.
I created Michelle and Joe’s wedding invitations. Here’s a link to the post I made about them! If you’ll remember, they were black and dark red with a custom monogram on a metallic ecru card stock which was mounted on a black metallic card stock. A black metallic bellyband, also monogrammed with Michelle and Joe’s custom “B” monogram, held everything together.
I created these programs for Michelle and Joe’s wedding ceremony, which were held in a cloth-lined basket with a chalkboard sign. Chalk was used really effectively in this wedding, as you will see! Michelle and Joe’s Bichon-Schnauzer, Pepper, was included in the ceremony. See if you can spot him on the programs I made for them!
I also created the escort cards for Michelle and Joe’s reception. They were simple–a black outline on ecru cardstock with dark red lettering–but effective!
The Talamore reception hall is simply stunning. They have a huge waterfall wall and a grand staircase that leads to an upstairs area, where cocktail hour is typically held. I had a small part in decorating this impressive space–I made the table numbers! Joe and Michelle personalized each one with something that they’re passionate about. Table One is the Philadelphia 76ers, which they both love. Some tables included Michelle’s passions: soccer, Mark Wahlberg, Bobby Flay, and Sangria, while others had Joe’s favorites: Allen Iverson, Blake Griffin, and Mariah Carey.
I love Michelle and Joe’s custom cake topper! It looks just like them.
I created this sign to let Michelle and Joe’s guests know that there were comfy sandals available! Everyone, regardless of shoe size, could shed their shoes and dance the night away with these stylish black and red flip flops. They were also distributed in cloth-lined baskets, with chalk signage indicating the size of the shoes inside.
Thank you to Michael’s Photography for the lovely images! And congratulations again to Michelle and Joe.
