Although some weddings went off without a hitch in 2020, the vast majority had at least one postponement (if not a few). But that didn’t mean we couldn’t still have fun with stationery, and Monique and Kamil’s save-the-date still stands out to me.
Anytime a couple mentions they’re working with Ashley Gerrity Photography, I know they’re in for a treat! Monique and Kamil were one such pair, and they loved their engagement session photos so much they wanted to feature one on their save-the-date to share it with their guests.
We paired their gorgeous and colorful photo with a vellum wrap. This was such a unique touch to me because vellum is a simple way to elevate a stationery piece that packs quite a punch. We printed M and K’s wedding information on the vellum, and it was perfect! Guests saw the details first but could also see the colors from the engagement photo inviting them to take a peek underneath for a fun surprise. The entire design was tucked inside an ivory envelope.
