Modern style meets classic elegance was the theme that was top of mind while designing Megan and Mike’s wedding suite! The pair modeled their stationery after Carolann and Daniel’s luxury gold foil and black invitation. The original suite featured an ivory invitation and black inserts paired with text in gold foil. It was a beautiful combination for C+D’s luxurious celebration, and their color palette served as another great piece of inspiration for M+M.
Although C+D’s invitation offered a great place for us to begin to define Megan and Mike’s style, Megan mentioned how much she loved classic pocket fold suites. Incorporating a pocketfold was one of the first ways in which I customized Megan and Mike’s stationery. Guests were greeted with an ivory metallic pocketfold that included the main ivory wedding invitation. The interior pocket was also the perfect place for the inserts, which alternated between ivory and black. The double gold border on the invitation and the beautiful gold font are two of the details I love most!
