There are so many reasons why I adore my clients, and there are equally as many reasons why their stationery suites stand out to me long after their events are complete. As much as I adore the palette, fonts, and details of Megan and Eddie’s wedding invitation, it’s their personalities that standout to me even more. These two are pure joy, which made our time working together that much sweeter.
M+E were married on April 29, 2016 at the Appleford Estate in Villanova, Pennsylvania. Villanova is known for it’s gorgeous architecture and complete beauty, and their venue definitely adds to that charm. As a result, a fabulous classic invitation in blush, navy, and gold was in order.
I love that when guests opened Megan and Eddie’s wedding invitation, they were greeted with the pair’s monogram plus a gold glitter belly band. The invitation featured script and block fonts that looked lovely in navy, which complemented the blush invitation and corner flourishes beautifully. My favorite detail (of course!) is the fact that the invitation was mounted onto gold glitter paper. There are few things that add flair quite like glitter! Each of the blush inserts also featured script and block fonts in navy, and all of the pieces were held together in a gorgeous blush pocketfold. The completed piece was mailed in a blush envelope, and we created a seamless look by pairing it with navy envelope printing.
