I’m always eager to learn where each of the couples who entrust me with their wedding stationery are tying the knot and celebrating after! I was in no way, shape, or form disappointed when Lauren mentioned she and Patrick had plans to celebrate at Phoenixville Foundry in King of Prussia. Of all of the venues in the area, Phoenixville Foundry is by far one of the coolest, most unique spaces, so I had plenty of inspiration from the start!
When we first started talking about their suite, Lauren mentioned how much she adores glitter (a girl after my own heart!), and she also knew she wanted to mail guests a pocketfold suite. With these pieces of inspiration in mind, we quickly came to the conclusion a semi-custom suite would work best for their November 11, 2016 soiree, so I got to work!
Because elegance and glam were two other top requirements, we created a triple layer wedding invitation that included a subtle amount of glitter on the invitation layer, the bellyband, and (of course!) the monogram. To offset the glitter, digital printing in a soft grey font worked wonderfully. Plus, we mailed the invitation in a blush metallic coordinating envelope.
Between the ceremony at St. Matthew’s Church in Conshohocken, the incredible reception space, and the beautiful (if I do say so myself!) wedding stationery, L+P’s soiree would have received an automatic YES had I been on the guest list. I’m sure their guests agreed, and I’m sure you will be wishing you had been invited too once you take a peek at Carly Fuller’s stunning photos!
