If you’re ever looking for a charming area to explore in Bucks County, look no further than Peddler’s Village. It’s home to great restaurants, plenty of shops, and beautiful areas to walk around, and The Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm also happens to be located right down the road. As you drive onto the inn’s property, you’re met with a feeling of true escape. There’s lots of greenery, animals, and the charming inn itself, and it’s not a surprise that it’s a popular spot in the area to host weddings. Katie and Cory definitely agree!
Because Katie and Cory’s wedding day was planned for such a beautiful location, we wanted to offer guests a sneak peek at what they could expect to experience throughout K and C’s celebration. So, a venue illustration (my personal favorite detail) was in order! We placed it onto the main part of their invitation, and we also decided to give the illustration a simple and rustic feel because it truly does match the vibe of the venue in person.
Once the illustration was in place, I got to work designing the rest of the suite. Katie and Cory envisioned sending their guests a flat wedding invitation with neutral tones, so that’s the direction that I took. Block and script fonts can be seen throughout the suite, and I also included the all-too-important RSVP card for guests to offer their quick replies.
Katie and Cory’s Barley Sheaf Farm wedding invitation suite was simple and elegant, and it still made just the right kind of statement. I think you will agree as you explore the pictures Haley Richter Photography captured and styled for me to share with all of you!
