There are nearly endless ways to design and present your wedding invitation to your guests, and the same is true for save-the-dates! Some couples look to their save-the-dates as an opportunity to offer a peek into the relationship they share together by highlighting their engagement photos (something I love), while others decide to use them as time to set the tone for their wedding day style. Jessica and Tom chose to do the latter with their high-end, luxurious save-the-date, and the result is so pretty.
Jessica and Tom were planning their wedding day at Cescaphe’s gorgeous venue along the water, Water Works. Because they were planning to celebrate in the heart of the city in October, we wanted to introduce their guests to a favorite site to see for many Philadelphians and fans of the city – the skyline. To ensure the piece still felt luxurious, elegant, and timeless, we opted to use black card stock to create a dramatic backdrop and then layered the outline of the skyline and the script and block font details on top in gold foil.
Below you can take an even closer look at Jessica and Tom’s save-the-date, which was captured by Haley Richter Photography. If you’re also looking for classic stationery inspiration for your wedding day, look no further than this piece!
