I have already told you all about Erika and Antonio’s engagement party, save-the-date, and invitation. Plus, I also shared their bright pink and silver glitter filled wedding day where I had the honor of creating many of their wedding day stationery pieces as well. However, I have more treat to share from their wedding: their rehearsal dinner invitations!
When designing Erika and Antonio’s rehearsal dinner invitations, we wanted to keep their wedding’s elegant theme and color palette at the heart of the design. Just like their invitations, I chose to use a classic pink script font printed digitally onto pearl metallic paper. Continuity is key when designing multiple pieces! One of my favorite details about their rehearsal dinner invitations was the wording we chose at the top, “Before They Say I Do…”. I hope invited guests felt as though they were about to experience a pre-event that was going to be extremely special.
As a note, rehearsal dinner invitations are a fantastic way to formally invite those that need to be in attendance to rehearse prior to the wedding. They are a unique way to make sure everyone is on the same page, plus invitations are always much more fun to receive (and more difficult to misplace!) than an email with the same details!
