One of the prettiest ballroom spaces in Philadelphia is located at The Philadelphia Cricket Club. It’s filled with light, particularly as the sun is setting, and the outdoor spaces are idyllic for cocktail hours during the spring, summer, and early fall. What’s more, The Philadelphia Cricket Club is not far from Center City making it easily accessible for visiting guests or couples staying or getting ready in the city. Thanks to my love for this venue, I was thrilled when Alexa and Tim announced it was where they were planning to celebrate after their ceremony at Our Lady Help of Christians Church in Abington, Pennsylvania.
If you’re ever wondering how to pay an incredible compliment to a business and business owner, it’s by referring others to us. We’re reminded again how much we enjoyed working on your project, and it’s an amazing way to make us feel extremely valued. That’s exactly how I felt when I learned Alexa’s friend Lindsay sent her my way because I also designed Lindsay’s suite!
From the moment we first talked, Alexa’s vision was clear to me, so we never actually met in person! Alexa talked about her love for silver and triple layer wedding invitations, so that’s what I designed. The bottom layer was silver, the middle layer featured silver glitter paper, and the top was white shimmery paper. We opted to digitally print all of the details onto the invitation’s main piece and all of the inserts. The suite was complete thanks to a silver bellyband and shimmery silver envelopes.
Together, all of the elements had a beautiful, elegant, glamorous style, which lent so well to A+T’s venue, The Philadelphia Cricket Club! I hope you love taking a look at their wedding invitation, which was captured by Haley Richter Photography.
