Christmas is welcome any time of year, don’t you agree? So, I thought we would have a Christmas in August celebration while we revisit Dara and Mark’s laser cut wedding invitation suite together!
Because they hosted their soiree on December 8, 2018, D+M wanted to fully embrace the Christmas season and spirit. Recipients were greeted with the beautiful ivory metallic laser cut details of the piece, which reminded Dara and Mark of an intricately wrapped Christmas present. Inside, guests discovered the main piece of the custom invitation, which was gold foil stamped onto red shimmery paper. I loved the festive Christmas tree featured at the top of the piece! The top invitation layer was layered onto gold glitter, and that was layered once more into the gatefold laser cut piece. To continue the festive fun, the inserts were printed in red ink onto ivory metallic paper. Like a present would be, the entire invitation suite was tied together with a beautiful red satin ribbon, and the complete piece was slipped inside a red shimmery envelope.
Between their ceremony at Saint Philip Neri Catholic Church followed by their reception at Valley Forge Casino Resort, I’m certain Dara and Mark’s guests were in the celebratory spirit throughout their wedding day and well into the holiday season!
