There are so many incredible venues in Bucks County, and the Lake House Inn is one of them! The Lake House Inn is located in Perkasie, Pennsylvania, and it sits in plain sight of Lake Nockamixon. You can plan to have your ceremony in the garden overlooking the lake followed by a reception inside in the venue’s beautiful ballrooms. Can you imagine the sunsets that occur over the water? I can only imagine the view Caitlin and Devon enjoyed on their wedding day!
C+D were married at the Lake House Inn on September 30, 2017. I’ve said this before, but it’s worth mentioning again – one of the best things you can do for yourself and your guests on your wedding day is to host your ceremony and reception in the same place. Caitlin and Devon did that, and I’m sure they enjoyed a more stress free day because of it!
When we were designing their invitations, I knew we needed to incorporate their blush and grey palette. Their wedding venue stuns on its own, so we turned to a more traditional and classic style for their suite. I love the grey script font that boldly sits atop the invite, and I’m also drawn to their names within the text of the suite. The invitation was printed onto metallic ivory cardstock, which was mounted onto blush metallic cardstock for an extra touch of glamour! The invitation and the inserts were all placed inside a blush envelope, which I’m sure made a beautiful first impression to their guests.
