When looking for inspiration for a wedding day, I always like to encourage couples to look outside of the wedding industry. Although flowers, linens, locations, and sweet treats can provide a host of ideas for a soiree, so too can fashion and interior design. Today’s couple looked toward the latter!
Brittany and Brad are both drawn toward modern, minimalist style. When done well, both still pack a powerful punch and offer quite a great peek into classic style. For that reason, I was thrilled to explore simplistic stationery that still felt luxurious for their Cescaphe Ballroom wedding.
We turned first to ultra white card stock. It offered B+B a crisp palette to serve as a backdrop for their gold foil and digitally printed suite. The couple’s upcoming wedding date was printed in gold foil in a large modern font at the top of the suite, which was followed by a digitally printed script font with their “save the date” message. Below, Brittany and Brad’s names appeared in gold foil – a wonderful way to tie in the gold foil once more – and the suite was topped off by the rest of the save the date’s notes printed digitally in black ink.
Minimal style has never looked so wonderful, in my opinion, and I hope you enjoy seeking another peek in the image Haley Richter Photography captured below.
