Whenever I think of New Year’s Eve weddings, “glam” is always the first word that comes to mind. Truly, what is better than ringing in the new year wearing the best dress you will ever wear with a new married name surrounded by your love, your family, and your friends? I can’t think of anything!
When Alaura and Steve said they were ringing in the new year at their wedding and added they wanted their wedding invitation suite to feel glamorous, I knew I had found two clients whose design process I would adore. And, I did! The two are drawn toward gold, white, and black color palettes, which is always a timeless, classic combination for a luxurious soiree. Plus, they were tying the knot in Bucks County.
In order to make their suite something A+S and their guests would love, I turned to a triple layer invitation design that had a pocket on the back. The invitation’s back pocked allowed me to place all of the inserts securely and chicly inside. Plus, I love the triple layer itself! A shimmery white paper was mounted onto a gold glitter layer and a black layer served as the bottom piece. The combination of digitally printed script and block lettering looked so beautiful on top of the shimmery white paper.
Alaura and Steve, I hope you loved reciting your vows on December 31 and celebrating with your guests through January 1. I have no doubt your Falls Manor wedding in Bristol, PA was one for the books!
