There’s only one way to wrap up a great week, and that’s by sharing another gorgeous photo shoot featured on Wedding Chicks with y-o-u! For this photo shoot, I happily teamed up with Kristin Rockhill Floral & Event Design and Vanessa Joy Photography.
With beautiful dresses designed by Jean Ralph Thurin serving as the inspiration for the shoot, Kristin created a vintage, opulent, and completely glamorous setting just like Thurin’s gowns. The table scape was filled with mercury glass and candles, vignettes featured vintage furniture from Vinterest Props, and Kristin even draped crystals throughout the space – so lovely.
Kristin designed several bouquets and centerpieces for the shoot, and the complete stationery suite I designed matched the purple anemones perfectly. The suite included a floral invitation and response card, plus menus and table numbers accented with the same purple, green, and white palette and florals as the invitation. I always say how much I love contributing both invitations and day of stationery to a wedding day, and I feel the same way about photo shoots. Incorporating the same elements, colors, and style helps to create a cohesive event and design.
It’s not possible to feel more joyful about the results, which you can find on Wedding Chicks here. The best news? John Ralph Thurin is also featuring the images on his website – an incredible honor!
