With the close proximity to Philadelphia from my cozy studio in Langhorne, there’s always at least one Philadelphia themed suite on my docket. I love it because each wedding invitation suite is always so fun to design, plus they push my creativity because my greatest desire is for each one to be slightly different.
Stephanie and Matt got married on November 24, 2017 at Cescaphe Event Group’s Tendenza. Both their ceremony and reception occurred in the space, so a Philadelphia suite was definitely in order! And, theirs is one of my favorites.
S+M’s Philadelphia wedding invitation featured many layers. The invitation’s main piece was printed on ivory metallic paper and mounted onto a navy metallic layer. My favorite detail of the main piece is the added layer of vellum paper, which featured the iconic LOVE logo printed in pink. The rest of the suite featured more navy and pink details, such as the city skyline, Liberty Bell, and famed bridges. The entire suite was held together with a ribbon, and I love the preppy details this color palette provided.
