Nicole and Rob wanted to mix rustic and glam styles together for their beach wedding at St Paul Church and The Reeds at Shelter Haven in Stone Harbor, New Jersey. I looked to classic colors, such as navy, ivory, and gold to make their design come to life, and I loved the result (I still do!).
N+R’s invitation suite came to life by opting to print all of the text digitally in navy ink onto shimmery ivory paper. My favorite detail about the paper is when it shimmers, it’s gold! Each piece was then placed onto paper that had wood grain running through it – the perfect rustic detail. We repeated the wood detail by using the same paper for the bellyband.
Nicole and Rob’s invitation says “beach wedding” to me in the sweetest, most inviting way, and it’s safe to say I think guests couldn’t wait to attend after opening their mail. You will see exactly what I mean after you take a peek at all of the photos capture by Lauren Driscoll Photography.
