In Philadelphia, our spring and early summer wedding seasons are some of the busiest. And, for great reason! Soft, beautiful palettes are perfectly in style, and the weather is wonderful to welcome your guests and encourage them to stroll around the city pre or post wedding. I have no doubt Kirstin and Kevin enjoyed an idyllic wedding day surrounded by their friends and family throughout their June 2, 2017 celebration!
Church of the Holy Family in Sewell, New Jersey holds great meaning for K+K, which made it the perfect place for them to exchange their vows and officially become Mr. and Mrs. Just after their ceremony, they made the trip downtown with their guests to Vie. This Cescaphe Event Group’s venue has a distinctive luxurious, Italian vibe, which was meshed effortlessly with their classic, timeless style.
With such a lovely day in the works, Kirstin said she wanted a classic wedding invitation that would offer a wonderful first impression of their wedding day. With blush and gold as the palette base, we started with an ivory metallic layer and printed gold foil on top. This layer was placed onto a gold card stock, and both pieces were placed onto blush card stock. Elegant invitation are so stunning, so we talked about adding just a few more details to this triple layer design. The entire invitation was held together with a gold bellyband and a gold foil stamped monogram. The entire invitation was then placed into a blush colored envelope that had a gold envelope liner.
I think it’s safe to say guests knew to expect elegance, luxury, and a ton of classic style from the moment Kirstin and Kevin’s wedding began until the final song was played! I think you will agree once you take a peek at the photos Carly Fuller Photography captured.
