On Saturday, April 16, 2016, Katherine and Kevin were married in Indiana. Their wedding day began at Tabernacle Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis where they recited their vows, and their day continued at the Woodstock Club. Their venue, a golf club filled with timeless charm and formality, was a classic choice indeed!
Because K+K’s wedding day was traditional to a T, I knew we needed to introduce guests to their soiree through an invitation suite that kept that same theme in mind. I turned to a quintessential black and white palette for design inspiration. Script and block fonts were printed onto the natural white cardstock invitation and inserts using black thermography. From the border to the font and classic design, “black tie preferred” was definitely at the forefront of guests’ minds after opening their formal mail!
Whether you’re planning a wedding that’s formal and timeless or classic with cocktail attire in mind, I think you will be inspired by today’s invitation suite captured by Lauren Driscoll Photography.
