Whether you’re visiting the city or capturing portraits on your wedding day, there are plenty of iconic landmarks and locations to visit in Philadelphia. One that I always love to recommend is Rittenhouse Square. It’s a beautiful park located in the heart of the city, and it’s surrounded by some of the best restaurants and shopping in the city. Not only that, but the luxurious Rittenhouse Hotel is also located steps away—and it’s a hotel that’s perfect for wedding days.
Gianna and James celebrated both their ceremony and reception at the iconic Rittenhouse Hotel. The space is absolutely stunning inside and out, and we knew we wanted their wedding invitation to make a similar statement. So, we looked to plenty of texture, intricate details, and a classic color palette to make their suite come alive.
When you first pull the suite out of the envelope, you’re greeted with a timeless ivory metallic pocketfold with a gold foil square closure complete with the couple’s names and wedding date. Then the party starts to come alive, thanks to the main invitation suite that was designed using gold mirror acrylic. To complete the look, we added script and block fonts, the couple’s two-letter monogram, and more using white foil. The look made an absolute statement! And to make sure all eyes stayed on the main suite, we printed the inserts digitally.
I love the location of Gianna and James’ wedding day, and I love how we were able to create an elegant invitation suite that perfectly matched the hotel’s feel. I highly recommend taking a closer look at this design, thanks to Haley Richter Photography’s fabulous captures.
