While planning your wedding, sometimes you look to a family member to assist. Catherine and Jonathan did just that! While designing the invitations for their Notre Dame inspired wedding day, I was honored to work with Catherine’s mom, Marsha.
Together, we looked to Meaghan and Tommy’s invitation suite for inspiration, which was perfectly fitting because M+T’s wedding style was similar and they also adore Notre Dame. Our color palette was chosen quickly with navy and gold as the standout pair, and each and every piece of the suite was inspired by a classic and traditional design aesthetic. The invitation was printed digitally onto metallic ivory card stock (a gorgeous way to allow the design to shine!) using navy ink. I added gold detailing by wrapping the invitation with a gold bellyband and a lovely navy monogram to complete guests’ first look into their navy, gold, and pink wedding day.
